Korrect hires apprentices and develops them in-house. We typically have 10 people in training at different stages. You don’t need to arrive fully licensed; you need to arrive committed to doing the work right.

We’re fourth-generation family-owned and still independent. The people who started here as apprentices have become senior technicians and department leaders. Many of our newest hires came from referrals by our own team. When you build here, you build something that lasts.
