Commercial Fleet Manager/Mechanic
Korrect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Commercial Fleet Manager/Mechanic to take full ownership of our fleet and maintenance shop operations. This is a working manager position — responsibilities include managing the fleet and also performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools.
We operate a diverse and busy fleet that supports our Plumbing, Heating and AC, and Excavation services. The right candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and ready to keep our team moving.
Fleet & Equipment Overview:
- 70+ service trucks and vans
- Mini excavators
- Bobcat equipment
- Multiple trailers
- Small engine/2-cycle tools (saws, augers, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all fleet vehicles and equipment
- Maintain accurate service and inspection records
- Schedule and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
- Order and manage parts inventory and shop supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Track DOT compliance and vehicle inspections
- Occasionally coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
- Ensure tools and equipment are in safe, working condition for the field team
- Recommend replacements or upgrades for aging vehicles and equipment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Solid knowledge of gasoline/diesel engines, hydraulics, small engines, and light-duty electrical systems
- Welding/fabrication experience a plus
- Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- CDL a plus, but not required

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and record incoming payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposit.
- Verify and reconcile invoices and transactions ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and positive manner.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging summaries.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and correspondence.
- Generate monthly customer statements.
- Work with billing team members to address and resolve customer billing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Drain Technician
Korrect Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated candidate to join our team! If you are a hard worker, eager to learn and looking for a rewarding career in the trades this is an opportunity for you.
As a Drain Technician you will assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial drainage systems. No experience is necessary- we will provide the training and support you will need to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all drain types-residential and commercial
- Maintain equipment and tools- furnished by Korrect
- Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site.
