Customer Service Representative
Opportunity for an experienced customer service representative.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first point of contact for our customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, manage service requests, and provide information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for plumbing and HVAC technicians.
- Service Requests: Process service requests and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Support Team: Assist with administrative tasks and support the overall operations of the customer service department.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
- Language: English (Required)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Drain Technician
Opportunity for an experienced drain technician.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have a desire to serve others, able to work in a fast-paced environment, well organized and possess time management skills. We have a weekly, rotating on call schedule (working every 6th weekend). Plumbing experience is a plus but not a requirement. We are a drug, tobacco and alcohol-free workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all types of drains in residential and commercial settings
- Maintain equipment and tools (Korrect furnishes the tools)
- To work in the on-call emergency service rotation that includes weekends
- Possibility for long hours

Billing Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with at least 3 years of experience in billing? Do you have a background in the plumbing or HVAC industry? If so, we want you to join our team!
Position: Billing Specialist

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing and billing processes for plumbing and HVAC projects
- Ensure accuracy in all billing documents, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Work closely with estimators to ensure projects are billed promptly
- Submit permits to local governing agencies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing software and industry practices
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a billing or accounting role
- Previous experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
