Drain Technician

Korrect Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team! If you are a hard worker, eager to learn and looking for a rewarding career in the trades, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

As a Drain technician, you will use drain machines and sewer cameras to clean, maintain and inspect residential and commercial drainage systems. No prior experience is required; however, previous experience may influence starting pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and clear blockages in residential and commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Locate clogs and problem areas using tools such as sewer cameras, electric-powered drain machines, hydro-jetting, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Assess the condition of pipes to determine whether issues are caused by buildup, damage, tree roots or structural failure.
  • Perform minor pipe repairs related to clogs when appropriate.
  • Identify situations that require more extensive plumbing work and advise clients accordingly.
  • Communication inspection findings, recommend solutions and preventative maintenance advice to customers clearly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary
  • Must prioritize punctuality and be enthusiastic about their work
  • Follow multi step directions

  • Clean driving record and pass a background and drug screening

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first point of contact for our customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, manage service requests, and provide information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for plumbing and HVAC technicians.
  • Service Requests: Process service requests and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Support Team: Assist with administrative tasks and support the overall operations of the customer service department.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
  • Language: English (Required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
