We have been dealing with an occasional main sewer line backup for the last 6 months and have dealt with multiple plumbing companies. Every time someone came out it was excused about cause but no to minimal work completed. I called Korrect plumbing this morning and they were able to schedule me in for this afternoon. Dan did a great job fixing the issue and was incredibly helpful by explaining what was going on. I will most definitely use them for any other future problems!

Adam came out to repair our clogged kitchen sink, and we also had toilet issues too in both of our bathrooms. He fixed both in around an hour. He was amazing. Very professional, polite, kind and very genuine. He was honest with me about the issues too. Which I really appreciate. I’ll be calling and putting in a word with his boss as well. Our apartment complex has also said that Korrect plumbing is great. 5 stars, will be recommending to all friends and family. I can’t say enough about Adam. Seriously.

 

We called Korrect when the drain line for our sump pump backed up and started filling our basement with water. They had a technician out to our home within the hour! Bryan, the technician, was great to deal with! He was very thorough, explained exactly what the issue was, and steps to maintain our system going forward. It’s nice when a company sends out a knowledgeable person with the right tools to get the job done in one stop. The service was great and the price was fair, we will definitely call Korrect plumbing for any future needs!

My furnace went out recently and we needed a part to fix it, with the temperature dropping as fast as it did that week, it would have been too cold for my kids and I. Korrect came to the rescue, locating the part and getting it ordered so we could have it that night and the furnace is fixed. Thank you so much for helping our family out. I don’t often post like this and I will not bash the OTHER company but I want to promote KORRECT plumbing and heating. If you are looking for an old fashioned business style where a handshake means something and their word is their word and looking for a company that has pride in a 3 generation Family business and pride with their company name and a company who truly puts the customer first!! These guys are tremendous and truly represent a dying breed in customer service, care, and precision! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating/air or plumbing needs…a truly genuine company who will put you first as a customer!!

First time using this company, but very impressed! I had a leak coming from my master bathroom drain down into the laundry room. Patrick was sent out the day I called and was able to locate the issue. He was not able to fix it that day but arranged for 2 guys to come back out and fix my problem. Mike and Daniel arrived exactly when I was told they would and got started immediately. I couldn’t have asked for two better technicians. These guys were awesome! Mike even fixed the ceiling where he had to cut to get access to the drains. Great work guys!! And awesome customer service from the time I called to the end of the job! Thank you for your hard work. I had a city sewer drain backing up through the cleanout in my yard. After Roto-Rooter tried twice, Korrect came and cut through the clog and worked with the city to get the city main cleared as well. It only took an hour and a half. Super friendly and professional. I highly recommend and will be calling them again for sure.

Our ancient A/C was not cooling our home so I called Korrect. They put me on the schedule for the very next day. Nathan came out as scheduled and charged the A/C and gave us some recommendations. When I am ready to replace the unit I will definitely trust Korrect to do the job. They are quick, thorough, courteous, and a company is known for their integrity.

Chris was INCREDIBLY helpful answering questions over the phone. And all three people that helped with the quote and then the installation of our new water heater were wonderful. They beat the price of roto-rooter by over $600. They explained what they were doing and why. They were incredibly trustworthy. We will use them again.

I had a furnace installed yesterday by Mike. They did a great job. Very nice and courteous did a great job, explained everything he was doing and answered any questions. Highly recommend Korrect. Great team of many talents! We originally called them out to inspect our faulty heater to then realize they do so much more! We got estimates for reconfiguring our laundry room water lines and ventilation, as well as remodeling our master bath. We got to work promptly and had finished projects within a week. They brought in beautiful cultured marble for our shower and vanity top, installed new toilets, new flooring, new drywall, vanity and cabinet, shower door and new light fixtures. Even though we were taking a risk with such big projects as I am 9 months pregnant, they made it happen with ease and we are so happy with the outcomes!

I’ve tried several plumbers over the years. This company has consistently been the most reliable, professional, and courteous. Prices are reasonable, and they get the job done.

Received a call not long after that saying a plumber was on the way. The gentleman who came out was very helpful and professional. He explained what he was doing and what was going on. He cleared the drain and set up a appointment for a estimate to fix the bigger issue the for next day. I highly recommend this company and their services!

I’ve had Korrect do all my plumbing work for almost a decade, including a full house re-plumb when we bought a home with corroded galvanized pipes. The job is picture-perfect and actually came in very reasonably within our budget. What I love best is that the plumbers and managers are customer-first and the quality of the work is exceptional. I will never call another plumber.

I could not be happier! I took my time to find the right vendor for a new HVAC unit. Korrect so happens to be the last called, and I almost did not go with them just because I didn’t “know” them but wow, so glad I did. Big shout out to Josh Patterson, thank you so much for taking your time and working with me throughout this process. I changed my mind many times on what I wanted, Josh was right there answering anything and everything. Korrect took the time to get to know me and my request VS walking in and selling me the Cadillac of HVAC units. I feel I made a new friend, VS someone who just wants my money. My hot water heater also went out days after the HVAC install, Josh again to the rescue. Gave me options and had a technician out next day for new hot water heater install. Technician’s(Nathan, Andrew, John, and Daniel) for the HVAC and hot water heater were absolutely great. Everything was done so professionally. And it looks great. I did a once over, I couldn’t find anything wrong. It’s great to know you can trust their technicians. Again, I could not be happier!

Korrect installed a new sewer line after the original collapsed. We ran into huge issues trying to replace the existing pipe (out of everyone’s control). Phil worked miracles to get a new county permit for a new sewer line and the work was impeccable. Awesome job! Use Korrect with complete confidence!

Sean, Nathan, Gordon, the list goes on. True professionals that I worked with to help keep an estates’ rental units operational until we sold the properties. I had to call them out many times after hours and someone always showed up. When needed coordinate with tenants since I was out of town. They also repair a gas line for us. In 10 years I have had nothing but the best of service from Korrect. In fact, they re-plumbed my whole house. They are neat and tidy and HONEST!  They show up when they are supposed to and do the job efficiently. You do not need to follow them around the house as the workmen are clean-cut and honest. They may be a tad costlier than the average plumbers, but Korrect is not average!  You get what you pay for.
